The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has released IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2024 Notification for 500 vacant posts. The selected candidates will get Rs. 5000/- per month in the first 6-month training period and after being promoted for 2 months of Internship Period candidates will get a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month. Once the probation period is over and candidates for Junior Assistant Manager posts, the compensation (CTC) at the time of joining would range between Rs.6.14 lakh to Rs.6.50 lakh (Class A city).
