Diploma Technicians: Diploma in respective fields and Experience Required 1-3 years of relevant field.
Assistants (HR, Stores, Secretarial): First Class Degree with additional certifications and experience in related fields.
Junior Assistant: Diploma or 12th Passed with typing skills. PPQE: Should have 01 year experience of working in GOVT / PSU / reputed private manufacturing industry.
Professional Experience Requirements:
Candidate must have experience in Relevant industry from reputable organizations, either government, PSU or private, is mandatory for all positions.
OFMK Recruitment 2024: Salary Details
- Junior Manager: Basic Pay of ₹30,000/- per month + allowances
- Diploma Technician/Assistant: ₹23,000 per month.
- Junior Assistant: ₹21,000 per month.
